"Luisa was not only a professional chef but a warm and congenial hostess. She let us in when we were waiting for our tour and discovered we'd arrived six hours late. She invited us in and called the tour company then asked me to speak with them and in the end, we were accommodated for our gluten free cooking tour (an hour later and she recommended the best gelato place down the street to kill time until our rescheduled class!). Anyway there were four of us joining a couple from CA to make gluten free stuffed pasta, chicken cacciatore with delicious potatoes, and panne Cotta for dessert (and she also accommodated my aversion to chicken by making me an omelette!). It was a fun evening and although I was dubious at first to make gluten free pasta from scratch, with Luisa's coaching, we all made lovely pasta! Delicious! We enjoyed wine or beer with our dinner. Definitely a highlight of our trip!!!!"
