Pasta Perfect
"Ciao Luca, thank you so much for the wonderful cooking class yesterday. We loved it all and appreciate the warm welcome into your home. Super special! We will be making the best Pasta and Tiramisu. Bellissimo!"

A true Florentine Experience
"First I want to thank Luca and his wife, Marina for welcoming us into their home. It was a very nice experience to be invited to cook and eat in your home. When it comes to cooking lessons, we have had quite a few, this one I have to say will leave a forever lasting impression. Luca showed us how to properly make ravioli and fettuccine and for dessert a tiramisu all while keeping his kitchen impeccably clean. It gives to show you how important a clean kitchen is and to maintain cleanliness. This was some of the best pasta I have ever had and definitely the best tiramisu. But the cooking and eating our food that we made wasn’t even the best part about this. The best part was being able to enjoy this meal with Luca, Mariana, and his adorable daughter Erena. We can’t recommended this experience enough. You won’t regret booking with Luca."

Ottimo!!!
"Luca was the best host, our group had a great time making pesto fettuccine and ravioli! It was a nice experience to sit and have dinner with his family!!!"

"This was a great “hands-on” experience for us! Luca was very welcoming and made us feel at ease in his kitchen. My husband and I enjoy cooking together. Now we can include homemade fettuccine noodles, spinach & ricotta stuffed ravioli, and tiramisu to our list of specialties! If you want to do something fun and different while you’re in Florence, don’t hesitate to sign up for this Cooking Lab! "What a fabulous way to spend an afternoon! Gabriel was so much fun and informative. We made gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu. After the chef in back cooked and serve this great meal. Included was a glass of wine. Had no issues accommodating one of us that does not eat red meat."

Great experience of all the senses!
"Gabriele was an excellent teacher who provided us with valuable insights into making pasta and the overall experience of food and cooking. Additionally, he made the class enjoyable and created a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. My friend and I are so grateful for the experience!"

Best Cooking Class
"Gabrielle did an awesome cooking class. It was very intimate. We are a family of four and it was just us. He eased us in by showing us a wonderful little tiramisu. He then had us a work on weighing flour and eggs. I had never weighed an egg. It was great how precise he was. He ensured everyone would actually go home having felt the optimal dough and understanding how to make it at home. We made 3 different pastas and he explained how you could change it slightly to make even more varieties. Two people in our group were not very familiar with cooking and he made them feel comfortable. The gnocchi we made is the best I’ve ever had. He is the sommelier for the restaurant and recommended the perfect wine for us. There was so much food we had to take some of our pasta home and even reheated it was great! I am so excited to take these recipes home with me and make them again!"

Charming Experience, Delicious Results, you will take the skills home!
WONDERFUL!!!! Everything was all hands at work! We truly made every bit of the meal from scratch and with our hands or normal kitchen tools. Matteo guided us through the market and taught us to make the sauces, Stephano taught us to make pasta by hand, and Bibi taught us to make tiramisu! This experience stands out in several ways: 1) very special and atmospheric venue 2) clear, hands-on instruction that required no special tools or pre-made ingredients - we made it and we ate it! 3) kindly team of Italian chefs who were super supportive and excellent teachers. This was my favorite experience of my entire visit to Florence.

What an experience!
Mataeo and Setphano our Chef Masters made this experience amazing with their knowledge and happy energy. We Walked the market to get fresh ingredients and what is to choose and learnt so much including what we were doing wrong in the kitchen. The food we cooked up was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend doing this class if you'd like to learn how to make authentic pasta and tiramisu while making new friends and lasting memories!

Loved this experience!
This was one of our favorite things we did while in Italy. The chefs were so talented. They took us to the market and showed us what to buy. They taught us to make pasta, bolognese sauce, ravioli, and tiramisu. We drank a little wine while we cooked and soon we sat down and had an amazing meal. I will recommend doing this to anyone I know coming to Italy. Thank you so much to Ciao Foodies and Matteo and Stefano for such an amazing experience.
