A true Florentine Experience
"First I want to thank Luca and his wife, Marina for welcoming us into their home. It was a very nice experience to be invited to cook and eat in your home. When it comes to cooking lessons, we have had quite a few, this one I have to say will leave a forever lasting impression. Luca showed us how to properly make ravioli and fettuccine and for dessert a tiramisu all while keeping his kitchen impeccably clean. It gives to show you how important a clean kitchen is and to maintain cleanliness. This was some of the best pasta I have ever had and definitely the best tiramisu. But the cooking and eating our food that we made wasn’t even the best part about this. The best part was being able to enjoy this meal with Luca, Mariana, and his adorable daughter Erena. We can’t recommended this experience enough. You won’t regret booking with Luca."

Ottimo!!!
"Luca was the best host, our group had a great time making pesto fettuccine and ravioli! It was a nice experience to sit and have dinner with his family!!!"

An enjoyable and delicious experience!
"This was a great “hands-on” experience for us! Luca was very welcoming and made us feel at ease in his kitchen. My husband and I enjoy cooking together. Now we can include homemade fettuccine noodles, spinach & ricotta stuffed ravioli, and tiramisu to our list of specialties! If you want to do something fun and different while you’re in Florence, don’t hesitate to sign up for this Cooking Lab! This is probably the most enjoyable three hours we’ve ever spent in the kitchen and the food was DELICIOUS! We would recommend this experience without hesitation."

Antonella La Macchia Vegetarian cooking class in Florentine hills reviews:

One of the highlights of our trip!
"We had a wonderful time during our cooking class with Antonella! She and her husband Ricardo welcomed us into their home and were so gracious with their hospitality. We loved getting to learn so much about how to effectively make pasta, and it was fun being completely hands on with making the meals. Antonella was very patient and kind in her teaching style. We came out of it feeling very capable to make pasta on our own. This was a wonderful memory from our trip!"

Fantastic experience with kids, and delicious!
"We had an amazing experience with Antonella and Riccardo. They showed up promptly, brought everything our kitchen didn't have, and helped us with a custom menu that both we and our small kids (6, 8, 10) would love. The food was fantastic, Antonella did an amazing job working with the kids even when they all wanted to help, or none wanted to help. 10/10 would recommend to our friends and to do again."

Amazing class with Antonella!
"We went to Antonella’s house for a cooking class, and it was a truly wonderful experience! All of us (including our 16-year-old son who does not like to cook) had so much fun learning to make our own ravioli that we can’t wait to get home to try it again. The pork involtini was amazing, and the chocolate cake was out of this world. Antonella did such a great job keeping everyone involved and interested in the whole process, and she and Riccardo were so gracious and welcoming in their home. Thank you so much for an incredible and truly memorable day!"

Ciao Florence pasta and tiramisù cooking class reviews:

Charming Experience, Delicious Results, you will take the skills home!
WONDERFUL!!!! Everything was all hands at work! We truly made every bit of the meal from scratch and with our hands or normal kitchen tools. Matteo guided us through the market and taught us to make the sauces, Stephano taught us to make pasta by hand, and Bibi taught us to make tiramisu! This experience stands out in several ways: 1) very special and atmospheric venue 2) clear, hands-on instruction that required no special tools or pre-made ingredients - we made it and we ate it! 3) kindly team of Italian chefs who were super supportive and excellent teachers. This was my favorite experience of my entire visit to Florence.

What an experience!
Mataeo and Setphano our Chef Masters made this experience amazing with their knowledge and happy energy. We Walked the market to get fresh ingredients and what is to choose and learnt so much including what we were doing wrong in the kitchen. The food we cooked up was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend doing this class if you'd like to learn how to make authentic pasta and tiramisu while making new friends and lasting memories!

Loved this experience!
This was one of our favorite things we did while in Italy. The chefs were so talented. They took us to the market and showed us what to buy. They taught us to make pasta, bolognese sauce, ravioli, and tiramisu. We drank a little wine while we cooked and soon we sat down and had an amazing meal. I will recommend doing this to anyone I know coming to Italy. Thank you so much to Ciao Foodies and Matteo and Stefano for such an amazing experience.

Gluten-free cooking class in Florence (MaMa Florence) reviews:

Fun night learning to make gluten free pasta from scratch!
"Luisa was not only a professional chef but a warm and congenial hostess. She let us in when we were waiting for our tour and discovered we'd arrived six hours late. She invited us in and called the tour company then asked me to speak with them and in the end, we were accommodated for our gluten free cooking tour (an hour later and she recommended the best gelato place down the street to kill time until our rescheduled class!). Anyway there were four of us joining a couple from CA to make gluten free stuffed pasta, chicken cacciatore with delicious potatoes, and panne Cotta for dessert (and she also accommodated my aversion to chicken by making me an omelette!). It was a fun evening and although I was dubious at first to make gluten free pasta from scratch, with Luisa's coaching, we all made lovely pasta! Delicious! We enjoyed wine or beer with our dinner. Definitely a highlight of our trip!!!!"
